This team is led by Lennie Harris who has gained extensive experience in debt management, negotiation and insolvency matters. As an example, we acted for a lady recently who had accumulated over £100,000 worth of credit card bills and was having difficulty meeting even the minimum payment amounts. Using his professional skills and previous knowledge of settlement levels that each of the credit card companies will agree to, Lennie was able to arrange for 3rd party funds to settle these debts at approximately 40% of the total due. Such settlements will be treated as partial settlements, with the credit card companies agreeing not to seek recovery of the balances.
